A Wii system made for use in a 'Starlight Fun Center' unit. There is no disk drive, and the slot is blocked off.
This particular unit makes an appearance as a 3D model on page 22 of the Wii Starlight Operations Manual, however is different from the system shown in the official support/maintenance videos.
A power supply likely used for testing Wii systems in a factory setting. The label on the front reads "AC Adapter Power Supply for Testing" ("検査用ACアダプタ电源")

A small board that was probably used for controller input testing. It contains two fairly identical circuts, both relying on 'CNT-DOL'; the same IC chip used in GameCube controllers.
Another 'RVLC-DIF-01' board, this time with a label indicating it's the European version. It's not clear, but something along the lines of 'cpu - 40/50/60' seems to be written on the white tape.
